We perform all kinds of machining, honing, turning, milling, flat and round grinding, as well as specialist tasks on our own CNC machines. We are also specialists in thermal application.

Besides our renovated OEM parts in stock, we can assist you with spare parts and engines from the worlds leading manufacturers, including gaskins, cylinder liners, pistions, bearings, valves, injectors, and much more from i.e. MAHLE, Kolbensmith, Elring, and other leading bands. We also distribute new and rebuild engines from e.g. Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar, and more.

Thermal spraying and application

At AC Motors, we are specialize in thermal application and spraying and can handle subjects up to large sizes.

With thermal application, heated metal powder is applied to worn parts, after which they are machined to the correct specifications. The work is done at a temperature that preserves the structure of the workpiece, and can often contribute to increased durability and longer service life.

We perform thermal application to bearing fittings, hydraulic gliders, piston rods, crane rotors, S-keys, bearing fittings in truck wheel hubs of the types chrome nickel, ceramic, plastic etc. – soft as well as hard types.
